Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oasis African Market. Here's what you can expect when your order ships.

Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and across Canada. International shipping outside these regions is not currently available.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch (includes customs processing)

These are carrier estimates. Rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Select products and seasonal promotions may qualify for free or reduced shipping — see product pages and promotional banners for current offers.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking details to become active.

Canada Orders — Customs and Duties
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates it did not arrive within a reasonable window, please email us at sales@shopoasisafrica.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer, though we will assist where possible.
